Students will create 2 Complete Knives:
1 Kit and 1 Forged.
Outline:
Knife Design
Basic Forging Technique
Material Reduction Technique
Grinds Scandinavian/Convex
Making Scales
Knife Heat Treat and Tempering
Complete assembly and Finish
Each student will need to bring the following:
- Safety Glasses
- Ear Plugs
- Rubber Gloves
- Heavy Duty Leather Gloves
ALL Tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete both knife projects will be provided by the Pathfinder School.
